Get ready for the bold horn sounds of
New Orleans’ own Hot 8 Brass Band. For over a
decade Hot 8 has infused its performances with New Orleans
street music funk and energy that has been called “first
rate” by The Village Voice and “defiant
swing” by The New Yorker. The Band tours
regularly across the US and Europe, has released three
critically acclaimed recordings and was featured in
the Spike Lee documentary When the Levees Broke.
